Eriksdalsbadet is the biggest swimming centre in Stockholm, Sweden The outdoor pool was built for the 1962 European Aquatics Championships on the site of a former sewage treatment facility. The new Eriksdalsbadet was built 1999 and was designed by architect Björn Thynberger.

The planet’s first permanent ice bar, made of ice from the world-famous Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi, Lapland. Everything except the liquids in the drinks is made of ice, and the temperature is kept at a constant 23 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spy Bar
The legendary Spy Bar lies at the heart of Stureplan and is Stockholm’s most famous nightclub. Media folk jostle with the alternative crowd. If you want to be sure to get in, go early. The club is always crowded and the line long. The atmosphere is best from three to five. That’s when the die-hard partiers arrive.

Engelen is a combination restaurant, pub, and nightclub. The restaurant has a classic Swedish tavern menu and Club Kolingen often has cover bands. They play many genres of music and the atmosphere is folksy.
